- Description: We always have to do an extra spin/drain cycle. It is a Whirpool front loader, W11355369A. We already cleaned the drain pump. We already paid $85 for another technician to come out who said there was nothing clogging it, so I'm hesitant to pay $89 to you to hear the same thing. Might it have something to do with the electronics/computer? Can you diagnose that sort of thing?
